Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, as this process is direct from our produce growers to your house. Include the receipt or proof of purchase in your return.

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us via contactessentialshoodie@gmail.com and include your order number & reason for the return. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITH MORE INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR PRODUCT.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit applied to the card or original method of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Keep in mind that it can take time for your refund to be processed by the bank and some card issuers may also need additional working days to post this refund.

Exchanges

Return for exchange: Within 30 days of receipt by email contactessentialshoodie@gmail.com with the intention be exchanged. If your item is available in another size or color, we will help you submit an exchange form. Your exchanged item must meet the conditions of a return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you are issued a refund.
